Terms and Conditions
Our site usage rules
Welcome to Visibility Cloak Wraps. This website is here to provide you with information about our premium paint protection and wrap services in Waipahu and to allow you to request personalized quotes or book appointments. By browsing this site or requesting a service, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. We may update these guidelines occasionally to reflect our current business practices, so please check back here whenever you visit.
Our services and quote guidelines
We strive to provide the most accurate information possible, but please note that all website pricing and promotions are subject to change based on availability and specific vehicle needs. All services, including car wraps, paint protection film, and detailing, are subject to a final written quote and a physical inspection of your vehicle by our team. This ensures we give your car the specific care it deserves at a fair price.
To help us deliver the best results, we ask that you provide accurate vehicle details when booking. Before your appointment, please remove all personal items from your interior. Visibility Cloak Wraps is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle or for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or mechanical issues that are outside of our direct control during the service process.
Booking changes and cancellations
We know life happens, but we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because we block out professional time specifically for your vehicle, certain deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of your cancellation. By using our site and booking our services, you acknowledge that our relationship is governed by these simple terms, designed to keep our Waipahu community's vehicles looking their absolute best.
